Leadership Speaker Series · Falcon Field · Mesa, AZ

Open the door. Build connections. Lead with confidence.

High school students sit down to supper with accomplished leaders at Mesa's historic Falcon Field Airport — hear a life story told plainly, practice professional networking, and step up to the podium themselves.

A brown bag, a hangar, and a seat at the table

The meal is simple on purpose. The conversation is not.

Most students meet successful adults at a distance — on a stage, in a headline, behind a title. Brown Bag Supper closes that distance. A leader comes to Falcon Field, brings their real story, and eats at the same table as the students who came to hear it. No panel. No podium between them. Just supper and a story told straight.

Then the students take a turn. Every supper ends with young people practicing the two skills nobody teaches them directly: introducing yourself to a stranger who matters, and speaking in front of a room that is listening.

The Lewis Educational Enrichment Foundation is the series' founding sponsor.

What a supper looks like

Four ways in

1

Speak

Bring your actual career story to a room of students who want to hear how it really went.

2

Sponsor

Underwrite a supper so no student pays to attend and no speaker pays to serve.

3

Host

Businesses and civic groups bring their people to the table alongside the students.

4

Intern

Students produce the series — booking, logistics, promotion, and donor stewardship.
